Bishnu Devi is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in people operations and HR management. Currently serving as the Manager of People Operations at Oportun since May 2021, Bishnu previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Advisor at Microsoft from July 2019 to February 2021, specializing in Employee Data Management and overseeing various HR processes for multiple regions. Prior to Microsoft, experience at DXC Technology as a Professional Human Resource involved supporting employees and managers with HR policies and facilitating integration projects. Bishnu's career began at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts as a Secretary, where responsibilities included managing correspondence and organizing meetings.
