Monica Alexander, MBA is currently the Head of People Experience & Talent Acquisition at Oportun. Previously, Monica served as a HR Business Partner at Lowe's Companies, Inc. and a Store Team Leader at Target. Monica holds a Master of Business Administration degree from LSU Shreveport, as well as Executive Development and Bachelor of Science degrees from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and University of North Carolina at Charlotte, respectively.
