Charles Salvatore

Charles Salvatore is an experienced IT support professional with significant expertise in trading applications and infrastructure. Currently serving as Director of IT Support at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. since November 2018, Charles has previously held customer support roles at BGC Partners and front office support positions at Newedge, where responsibilities included supporting various trading applications for over 300 users across multiple asset classes. Earlier experience includes serving as a trading infrastructure support technician at MFGlobal, providing support to approximately 1000 users and assisting traders on the trading floors of NYMEX and COMEX.
