Christopher Defalco

Christopher DeFalco is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of SPAC ECM at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. since September 2015, Christopher has held various roles including Executive Director and Director in the same division. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Analyst at Roth Capital Partners, focusing on healthcare and biotech transactions. Christopher co-founded urboox.com, an online marketplace for students, where responsibilities included managing angel investment and developing marketing strategies. Christopher holds a Finance degree from Rutgers University and graduated from Manalapan High School.
