Doron Barness

Doron Barness is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in trading and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of Trading and Cash Equities Distribution at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. since May 2013, Doron Barness leads trading operations and leverages equity trading expertise. Prior to this role, Doron Barness was a Partner at WP Asset Management from April 2011 to April 2013, focusing on capital raising and trading for a hedge fund. Doron Barness also held the position of Managing Director and Sales Trader at Goldman Sachs from December 1997 to April 2011. Doron Barness earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Music from Columbia University between 1992 and 1996.
