Pavel Yakovlev

Pavel Yakovlev is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and investment banking. Currently, Pavel serves as Director of Capital Markets at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Pavel worked as Vice President of Investment Banking within Capital Markets at Renaissance Capital from December 2021 to October 2024. Pavel's earlier career includes positions as Vice President in Debt Capital Markets and Associate in M&A at UniCredit from January 2015 to December 2021, and as Senior Consultant in M&A and Consultant in Audit at PwC from August 2011 to January 2015. Pavel’s career began on the Cash Equity Trading Desk at Deutsche Bank from October 2010 to June 2011. Pavel holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Lomonosov Moscow State University, earned between 2006 and 2011.
