Brad Harmon

Brad Harmon has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Opper Melang Restaurants since June 2019. Previously, Brad held similar positions at Kona Grill and California Pizza Kitchen, where responsibilities included collaborating with management teams to enhance guest experiences and maintaining budgets. Prior to these roles, Brad was an Owner/Operator at World Grill and contributed as a Server Trainer at California Pizza Kitchen. Additionally, Brad has a strong background in safety and management as the Aquatics Director at Wild Water Adventure, overseeing a large staff of lifeguards and EMTs. Educational qualifications include studies at California State University, Fresno, and Clovis High School.

Opper Melang Restaurants

The Opper Melang family of restaurants is locally owned and operated in Seattle, Washington. The co-founders, Zak Melang and Nate Opper, opened the first Matador Restaurant and Tequila Bar in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, Washington in 2004. Since that time, Matador restaurants have opened up in West Seattle, Redmond and Tacoma, joined by two in the Portland area, two in the Boise are, Denver, Fort Collins and Las Vegas!
