Rachel Worthington

Rachel Worthington has a strong background in compliance and banking. Rachel currently works at OppFi, where they started in 2019 as a Compliance Analyst- Issue Management. Rachel then worked their way up to become an Associate in Compliance Advisory & Issues Management before assuming their current role as the Compliance Lead - Issues Management in March 2022. Prior to OppFi, Rachel worked as a Retail Relationship Banker at BMO Harris Bank from July 2018 to October 2019.

Rachel Worthington attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2014 to 2018, focusing their studies on Economics. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Business Writing Principles from LinkedIn.
