Shannon Zheng

Shannon Zheng serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President of IT at OppFi, where the information security program was developed and matured from the ground up during the company's transition to public status. In addition to this role, Shannon is a socio at The CISO Society and previously held the position of Chief Information Security Officer at Fay Financial, a real estate services company. Shannon has a strong background in IT leadership roles at Spencer Stuart, including Interim CIO and Director of Software Engineering, where technology teams were transformed into strategic assets. Earlier career experience includes consulting at Solution Partners, Inc. Shannon holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science in Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Xiamen University.
