Vitaly Galinsky

Vitaly Galinsky's work experience spans over a long period of time. Vitaly is currently working as a Staff Engineer (IT Director) at OppFi, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Software Architect at Reliance Tech Co from November 2020 to January 2022. Before that, they worked at Insureon for 10 years, starting in August 2012 and ending in January 2022, where they held the position of Sr. Software Architect and was responsible for various architectural and development tasks. Vitaly also worked at Mediaocean as a Sr. Software Architect from March 2007 to August 2012, at BOA as an AVP from April 2005 to March 2007, at CBOE as a Sr. Software Engineer from 2003 to 2005, at Tradelink L.L.C as a Senior Technical Analyst from 2000 to 2002, at CSC Consulting as a Technical Designer from March 1997 to August 2000, at RR Donnelley Financial as a Consultant from 1999 to 2000, and at CBOT as a Consultant from 1998 to 1999. Throughout their career, Vitaly has gained extensive experience in software architecture, development, and technical design, working on various complex projects and systems.

Vitaly Galinsky obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BS CS) with a focus on CS and Math from the University of Illinois Chicago from 1992 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Implementing a Database Design on Microsoft SQL Server 6.5," "Windows Architecture I," "Windows Architecture II," "Developing Applications with C++ using Microsoft Foundation Class Library," and "Microsoft Certified Solution Developer" from Sullivan Prometric in 1998.
