Oppi AI builds WorkProbe - the hiring assessment for the AI era.
Every candidate now uses AI. WorkProbe measures how well they use it.
In a 40-minute work simulation, candidates get a realistic task, data files, an AI assistant, and a boss waiting for answers. The AI helps - but includes subtle inaccuracies. The system observes whether candidates catch them.
We measure five behavioral dimensions: prompt quality, critical filtering, adaptation speed, AI awareness, and calibrated trust.
Our methodology is grounded in peer-reviewed research from MIT, Harvard, Nature Human Behaviour, and CHI - the leading conferences in human-computer interaction.
WorkProbe is patent-pending. We're onboarding pilot companies now.
