Cláudia Castiço

Cláudia Castiço has a diverse work experience. Cláudia began their career in 2012 as a Receptionist at CLINICA DR. PINHEIRO CORREIA MEDICINA DENTÁRIA. In 2013, they became an ICX Member at AIESEC, where they developed their presentation and selling skills. In 2014, they were Head of Human Resources at AIESEC Lisboa Católica, where they were responsible for member follow-up, recruitment of new members, and improving the recruitment process. In 2017, they became a Research Assistant at Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. In 2018, they worked as a Candidate Experience at Landing.Jobs. In 2019, they were a Business Manager at Infosistema. In 2020, they became a Junior Full Stack Developer at Avanade. In 2021, they became a Full Stack Developer at Opplane, where they focused on the development of the front end for web portals and started developing their knowledge regarding Data Governance and Collibra. In 2022, they became a Collibra Workflow Consultant at Twitter, where they were responsible for the collection of customer requirements for the development of workflows, operating model, views, and general guidance through the software.

Cláudia Castiço has a diverse educational background. In 2010, they completed their Diploma in Ciências e Tecnologias from Escola Secundária de Amato Lusitano. Cláudia then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, graduating in 2016. In 2018, they earned their Master's degree in Organisational Change and Consulting from Erasmus University Rotterdam. In 2020, they completed their Post-graduation in Computer Programming from <Academia de Código>. In addition to their formal education, Cláudia has obtained several certifications, including a BigID Associate BizUser Course in 2022, an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner in 2023, and a Collibra Integration Engineer in 2021.
