Matthew Marshall

Matthew Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew started their career as a Graduate Trainee at SBJ Group in 2001, where they worked as a London Market Broker. In 2007, they joined Willis as a Senior Insurance Broker, specializing in Property Damage, Business Interruption, Casualty, and Captive Reinsurance. After eight years, they moved on to Marsh, where they held two roles. First, they served as a Senior Insurance Broker, broking Corporate and Major Risk clients. Matthew then transitioned to the position of Lead Proposal Specialist, managing large and complex multinational proposals and providing bid management expertise. In 2015, Matthew briefly worked as an Air Mile Collector for Boeing & Airbus. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Opportuni as a Senior Enterprise Bid Manager, targeting and recruiting key clients, establishing bidding processes and service plans, and expanding the overall Insurance sector customer base. Matthew has a broad range of skills and expertise, including new business program design, market relationship management, technical training delivery, and insurance due diligence for private equity and mergers/acquisitions. Matthew Marshall attended Scarborough College from 1989 to 1996. Matthew then went on to study Law at Teesside University from 1996 to 1999, earning their LL.B degree.
