Lydia Bell obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utica University in 1998. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Mohawk Valley Community College in 1996. Lydia graduated from Oxford Hills High School prior to that. Lydia also holds certifications in Managing To-Do Lists, PowerPoint 2016 Essential Training, Outlook 2016: Time Management with Calendar and Tasks, Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2019, 2017, 2014, and 2011 respectively.
