Charisse Smith

Charisse Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and information technology. Currently serving as a Behavior Support Specialist at Opportunities for Positive Growth, Inc. since February 2021, Charisse is passionate about helping others. Prior experience includes over a decade as a Teacher at Western School Corp from October 2008 to February 2021, and roles such as Assistant Buyer at Delphi from March 2005 to July 2008, where responsibilities included office management and customer service. Charisse was also the Director of IT at BMJ Mold Inc. from March 2001 to March 2005, overseeing IT operations across multiple locations. Charisse holds a Bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Ball State University and a Master of Education in Career & Technical Education from Concordia University-Portland.
