Heather McNeill

Heather McNeill is currently working as the Director of Business Integrated Technology Services and Director of Organizational Alignment at Opportunities NB since April 2016. Prior to this role, Heather held positions as a Project Manager and Process Improvement Facilitator at the Government of New Brunswick from October 2008 to April 2016. Heather graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 1989.
