Jessica Mill

Jessica Mill is the current Director of Finance at Opportunity Builders, Inc. Jessica previously worked as a Supervisor at PKS & Company, P.A. from August 2014 to March 2019. Prior to that, Jessica was a student at Salisbury University from August 2013 to May 2014. Jessica's first work experience was as an Intern at Habitat America, LLC from May 2010 to August 2013 where they were responsible for creating depreciation and amortization schedules, updating security deposit interest calculations, preparing 1099 tax forms to be sent to residents, and updating resident history in a new software system.

Jessica Mill has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Penn State University. Jessica is also certified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Maryland.

Jessica Mill reports to Marsha Legg, CEO. They work with Stephen Wilbourne - Human Resources Manager, Megan Gibbs - Director of Workforce & Youth Development, and Carrie Lycett - Director of Person-Centered Planning.
