Kristi Boosman Hedges

Kristi Boosman Hedges, MPA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, consulting, advocacy, and communications. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruiter at Opportunity Council since January 2023, Kristi previously held the position of Principal at KBH Consulting Services, where facilitation and project management for small businesses and nonprofits were key responsibilities. As a Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA of Snohomish County, Kristi represented children's best interests in the foster care system. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at Beacon House, Special Events Manager at the Alzheimer's Association, Communications Manager at the Center for Ocean Solutions, and Partnerships and Communications Officer at the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency. Kristi's career began in public television with KCTS 9, following a impactful experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Zaire. Kristi holds a Master of Public Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Washington, complemented by a certification in Outreach Studies from Antioch University Seattle.
