Pauline Corvol

Pauline Corvol has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving in this role at Jooxter since January 2019. Prior to Jooxter, Pauline worked at AUDIATEL from September 2017 to June 2018, where responsibilities included supporting companies in implementing new telephony services through flow-working, training, and showroom presentations. At Arkadin, from October 2011 to June 2016, Pauline contributed to the establishment of the Customer Success Management division, providing quality training on conferencing services, managing 3000 SFR BusinessTeam accounts, and engaging in telemarketing and customer service roles.
