Laura DesGranges is the Vice President of Marketing, leading the organization’s multi-channel fundraising campaigns; engaging partners and donors with impactful, differentiated storytelling; and building and promoting the brand in the public space.
Prior to working at Opportunity, Laura worked as a consultant for multiple national nonprofits, delivering integrated content that raised awareness, funds, or sales. She honed her marketing and communications skills for a decade in the finance, advertising, and publication industries.
Laura is best known for identifying business opportunities, uncovering actionable insights, and developing strategies that deliver impact. A writer by trade and analyst by heart, her favorite work-pastimes include anything that requires a whiteboard and breaking down big problems into digestible components.
She received her bachelor’s in English Literature from Rhodes College and an MBA from St. Edward’s University.
