Peter Griffith is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational consultancy. As the Founder of TGS Leadership and CEO of 3 Things Consulting, Peter focuses on enhancing leadership effectiveness and driving strategic cultural change to unlock organizational potential. Peter serves on the Advisory Board for Opportunity International and has held various leadership roles, including Chair & Mentor for The Executive Connection, and Mentor and Pitch Coach for Slingshot Accelerator. With a solid foundation in sales and marketing from prior roles at rogenSi and Fairfax Media, Peter's educational background includes Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College and the University of Melbourne.
