Jill Garcia

Jill Garcia is an experienced professional in the field of program management and active treatment supervision, currently serving as an Assistant Program Manager at Opportunity Partners since May 2013. Prior to this role, Jill worked at Delphi for over a decade as an Active Treatment Supervisor, starting in September 2001 and concluding in May 2013. Jill holds an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Brown College, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2003.
