Todd Schoolman

Todd Schoolman is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Opportunity Partners since May 2016, Todd has played a key role in supporting individuals with disabilities through innovative services. Prior to this position, Todd held significant roles such as Senior HR Director at Hallmark Business Connections and Sr. HR Generalist at Tennant Company, where strategic planning and employee support were primary responsibilities. Additional experience includes contributions as an HR Business Partner at ADC and HR Manager at NRG Energy, among other positions.
