Radhika Krishnaswamy

Radhika Krishnaswamy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project delivery, management, and consulting. Currently serving as Director at Opportunity@Work since November 2022, Radhika previously held the position of Project Delivery Lead at Deloitte from June 2021 to December 2022, after several years as a Manager and Senior Consultant within the same organization from February 2012 to March 2021. Radhika's career began as a Software Developer Associate at ZS Associates after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago. Radhika also possesses a dual degree of MSFS/MBA in International Development and Business from Georgetown University, highlighting a strong foundation in both technical and business domains, as well as consulting experience in the agriculture sector in Botswana.
