Rebecca Gerber

Rebecca is thrilled to join the Opportunity@Work team as Resource Mobilization Manager. She has 10 years of fundraising experience for organizations that support small businesses, public libraries, and marginalized neighborhoods. A trained urban planner, Rebecca is passionate about pursuing economic and racial equity by helping to connect vulnerable communities and individuals with public and private resources that offer greater access to opportunity.

A born-and-bred New Yorker, Rebecca has lived and worked in the Philadelphia area for the past 12 years. She loves exploring her adopted hometown, volunteering locally, taking salsa lessons, and going on adventures with her children.
