Annika Aerts

Annika Aerts is an experienced professional in change management and communication, with expertise in leading organizational transformations across various industries. As the founder of Opschudders since January 2016, Annika focuses on human-centered change approaches that empower employees and foster intrinsic motivation. Concurrently, Annika contributes to the ANWB's change communication initiatives and has played significant roles in multiple HR projects at organizations such as Strukton Civiel, Travix International, and Nederlandse Spoorwegen. Annika holds a Master’s degree in Communication, Policy and Management from Utrecht University, complemented by a diverse academic background in Communication and Dutch Language and Culture.
