Ashley Schultz has worked in the hospitality industry since 2012. Ashley began their career as a Student Assistant at Texas A&M University, followed by a Student Intern role with the Women's Basketball team. In 2014, they moved to the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, TX, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant and Function Space Manager. In 2018, they joined Hilton Anatole as a Space Optimization Manager, followed by a promotion to Senior Space Optimization Manager. In 2022, they joined Opsgility as a Customer Success Manager.

Ashley Schultz completed their Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from Texas A&M University in 2013. Prior to that, they attended A & M Consolidated High School from 2005 to 2009.
