Smita Sinha has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Smita started their career as a Senior HR Executive at Shriram New Horizons India Limited in 2011, where they worked until 2013. Following that, Smita worked as an Sr. Executive- Talent Acquisition at GIT Geeks from 2013 to 2014. Smita then joined Bar Code India Ltd. as an HR Generalist in 2015, handling tasks such as talent acquisition, HR operations, employee engagement, and campus recruitment. Smita transitioned to ClickSoftware in 2018 as a Senior HR Associate, managing niche talent acquisition, employee engagement, and global interaction with stakeholders until 2020. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at OpsHub, Inc., where their responsibilities include customer onboarding, adoption, renewal, and customer advocacy on a global scale.

Smita Sinha pursued their education in a chronological manner. Smita first attended St. Atulanand Convent School in Varanasi and completed their 10th standard. Smita then continued their education at the same school and obtained their 12th standard qualification.

After completing their secondary education, Smita enrolled at V.B.S Purvanchal University. Smita attended from 2004 to 2007 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General.

Later, they joined the Institute of Technology and Science in Ghaziabad from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a PGDM/MBA (HR) degree with a focus on Human Resources Development.

Smita also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2012, they completed SAP HR (ECC 6.0) training from CDAC in Noida. Additionally, in August 2021, they acquired a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from the Asian Institute of Quality Management.
