Chris Seiler

OEM Solutions Architect at OPSWAT

Chris Seiler has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Chris currently works at OPSWAT as an OEM Solutions Architect, where they collaborate with major vendors in the security space to provide solutions for various security needs. Prior to that, they worked at Micro Focus as a Software Engineer Consultant, where they led the integration effort for ZENworks Patch Management and ZENworks Antimalware. Chris also supported ZENworks Endpoint Security for Device and Application Control. Before their time at Micro Focus, Chris was a Software Architect at Ivanti, where they contributed to transitioning an on-premise endpoint management tool into a cloud-based offering and helped architect a Microservices infrastructure on Azure. Chris also held a long-term position at HEAT Software as a Principal Software Engineer. Chris began their career at Novell, Inc. as a Client Architect, Team Lead, Developer, and Tester, where they played a key role in developing an integrated client for Novell Zenworks and contributed to the release of several versions of Zenworks Configuration Management. Chris also co-founded MySalesInfo, where they developed software for independent manufacturers representatives. Additionally, Chris has experience as a Programmer at Waterford Institute and in Information Systems deployment at BYU.

Chris Seiler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University from 1993 to 1996. In addition, Chris Seiler obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) certification from ICAgile in April 2015.
