Nguyen Dang Minh Tam

Nguyen Dang Minh Tam has a diverse range of work experience in the field of technical support and network engineering. Starting in 2015, Tam worked as a Senior Network Operations Center Engineer at KDDI Corporation, where they were responsible for monitoring network behavior, troubleshooting, and planning enhancements. They also coordinated with overseas carrier partners for troubleshooting and maintenance of customer services. From 2018 to 2019, Tam worked as an Information Systems Engineer/Telecom Engineer at Tổng công ty Viễn thông MobiFone, focusing on transmission network planning and equipment installations for telecom operators in HCMC. In 2019, Tam joined IPTP Networks as a Senior Network Engineer, supervising shift NOC/NCC operations and collaborating with account primes to analyze and evaluate customer's technical requirements. Currently, Tam is employed as a Technical Support Engineer at OPSWAT, starting in February 2020.

Nguyen Dang Minh Tam completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Network & Telecom Engineering with a specialization in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology. This education took place from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Nguyen Dang Minh Tam has obtained professional certifications, including OPSWAT MetaAccess Professional and OPSWAT MetaDefender Core Professional, from OPSWAT in November 2021.
