Raul Banciu has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and management. Raul is currently working at OPSWAT as the Technical Support Team Lead in Customer Experience. Prior to this, they worked at Avaelgo as a Delivery Manager from April 2020 to October 2022. Raul also has a significant tenure at Atos, where they held multiple roles including Automation Lead for Global Siemens Account, Team Manager for the Windows Server team, Team Manager for the UCS teams, and System Engineer. Raul became a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCPS) in April 2009 and obtained the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Configuration, Microsoft Windows Vista, Configuration, and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration in 2009 and 2011 respectively. Raul also earned the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) Windows Server 2003 certification in September 2009. Raul further expanded their certifications by achieving the MCSA: Office 365 in December 2014, MCSE: Messaging in December 2014, and MCSE: Productivity - Certified 2016 in September 2016 from Microsoft. Raul also holds certifications such as ITIL Foundation from APMG-International obtained in April 2012, ITIL Intermediate Service Operation from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in August 2015, and AgilePM® Practitioner from APMG International obtained in 2018. Most recently, in September 2021, Raul obtained a certification in "OpenHack: Security, Compliance, and Identity" from Microsoft OpenHack.
