Reid Bierly

Reid Bierly has a wide range of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, and planning. Reid is currently employed as the Vice President of Revenue Operations at OPSWAT since 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at HouseCanary from 2021 to 2022. In their role at HouseCanary, they led various departments including Sales Ops, Commercial Ops, Success Ops, Customer Support, Enablement, Forecasting, and GTM Strategy.

Before their work at HouseCanary, Reid worked at Equinix from 2014 to 2021 as the Senior Director of Global Sales Strategy, Planning, & Innovation. In this position, they led sales strategy, coverage design, quota setting, territory planning, account planning, and sales program management on a global scale.

From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Cisco Systems as the Director of Strategy for the Supply Chain organization. During their time at Cisco, they were responsible for leading strategic priorities to transform the organization.

At HP, Reid held multiple roles from 2009 to 2013. Reid served as the Director of Business Operations - HP Sales Operations and as the Senior Manager of Strategy & Planning for the Americas Direct Sales Operations. Additionally, they were the Chief of Staff for Worldwide Logistics, where they managed the effectiveness of the Vice President's staff and led strategic growth initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Reid worked as the Vice President of Marketing for CSCMP Silicon Valley/San Francisco from 2009 to 2011. Reid also served as a Strategic Planner for Hewlett-Packard from 2007 to 2009.

Reid has a background in entrepreneurship as well. Reid founded and served as the Founder, Producer, & Director at Geostories from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they were the Founder & VP of Product Management at Synchrus from 2000 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Reid has demonstrated expertise in revenue operations, sales strategy, planning, and innovation. Reid has a strong track record of driving improvements across various departments and organizations.

Reid Bierly obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2005-2006. Prior to this, Reid Bierly attended Penn State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business & Business Logistics.
