Inna Selivan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Inna is currently working as a Project and Team Lead for Employment Support at Optalis. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Functional and Life Skills; Special Education Needs at Jad's Inclusion, where they developed and planned programs of learning activities, prepared lessons, and adapted teaching materials. Inna also worked as the Head of Primary Section/Special Needs Teacher at the Dubai Center for Special Needs, overseeing administrative and management standards while supporting children's educational and developmental needs. Inna also worked as a Consultant at Move One, providing relocation services and supporting employees and their families transitioning into Dubai. Inna has volunteered at STARTWorld and the Emirates Literary Foundation. Inna has extensive experience in working with individuals with special needs, including serving as the Residential Services Manager and Assistant Team Manager at the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. Additionally, they served as the Interim Head of Care at Manor Green School for Special Needs, where they oversaw the transformation of the residential boarding unit and implemented training programs for staff.
Inna Selivan holds a Masters degree in Speech Therapy, specializing in teaching children with disabilities, from Slovjansk State Pedagogical Institute, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Inna also has a Diploma in Management from NVQ, earned between 2005 and 2006, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership, also from NVQ, completed from 2012 to 2013.
