Viv Beatty

Viv Beatty has over ten years of work experience in the coordination and management of bids, proposals, and training. In 2010, they began working at OptaSense as a Bid & Commercial Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for supporting the bid process in International territories, ensuring all bids were reviewed and submitted in a timely and professional manner. Viv also had experience in Bid & Proposal Management, including winning new, repeat, or follow-on business. In addition, they were responsible for the final editing, production, and delivery of proposals, as well as assisting in the development and delivery of all bids and projects. Viv also worked as a Legal & Commercial Assistant, performing Due-Diligence searches on potential customers, sanction screening, and implementing standard Non-Disclosure Agreements. Finally, they worked as an Operation Administrator, coordinating the Induction & Leavers process, scheduling training courses, and managing the On-Boarding process for new starters and leavers. Prior to OptaSense, Viv Beatty worked at QinetiQ as a Training Coordinator from 2007 to 2010. In this role, they were responsible for providing opportunities for staff to develop their careers further, scheduling a wide range of training courses, motivating employees, marketing training programmes, and evaluating various learning styles.

Viv Beatty attended The Wavell from 2000 to 2001. Viv then attended Farnborough College of Technology from 2001 to 2002, where they obtained a GNVQ in Art & Design.
