Ana Miljkovic is an experienced product and strategy manager with a strong background in retail banking. Currently at Optasia since December 2019, Ana leads product and strategy initiatives. Prior to this role, Ana was a product owner at Société Générale from July 2018 to December 2019, overseeing the development of e-banking and m-banking applications. From September 2009 to December 2017, Ana held various positions at Alpha Bank Serbia, including manager of the Retail Products Department, where responsibilities included product strategy development, brand building, and team management. Ana's educational qualifications include an MBA from Athens University of Economics and Business and a master's degree in Southeast European Studies from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
