Leow Guo Quan

Leow Guo Quan is a Product Manager at StarHub since June 2022, leveraging optical network technical knowledge to customize solutions for customer needs. Previously, Leow served as Technical Director (TD) and Technical Leader (TL) at HUAWEI Technology Co., Ltd. from October 2019 to June 2022, overseeing project evaluations, cost management, and technical team leadership in the Optical Network Department. Leow's earlier experience includes an Engineering Trainee role at Top Glove, where key responsibilities involved process optimization, engineering design, and project management techniques. Leow holds a degree in Petrochemical Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman, completed in 2019.
