Angeliki Papaioannou is a dedicated technical project coordinator and software engineer with extensive experience in software development and project management across various organizations. Currently at Optasia since December 2019, Angeliki previously worked at Sword Group, where responsibilities included ownership of critical applications for the European Commission and managing comprehensive incident management strategies. Prior experience includes leading a small team at iKnowHow S.A. for the Greek Ministry of Citizen Protection and conducting R&D on semantic web technologies at GLOBO Technologies. Earlier roles involved software engineering at INTRASOFT International and testing at Velti, demonstrating a strong foundation in both development and quality assurance. Angeliki holds a diploma in Computer Engineering & Informatics from the University of Patras.
