Jenni Aldred

Jenni Aldred has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jenni currently holds the position of Director of Optavise Communications at Optavise since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at DirectPath as the Director of Strategic Benefits Communications from September 2019 to February 2023. Before that, they served as a Manager, Client Services at DirectPath from March 2016 to September 2019. Jenni also worked at Enrollment Advisors, LLC as the Manager, Writing Services, Compliance Communications Practice from October 2015 to September 2019. Jenni has previous experience at HighRoads as a Manager, Writing Services, Compliance Communications Practice from June 2014 to October 2015, as a Team Leader, Writing Services from July 2013 to October 2015, and as a Senior Project Manager from September 2010 to October 2015. Jenni started their career at Buck Consultants as a Communication Consultant from April 2009 to September 2010. Jenni also worked at Waypoint Communications, Inc. as a Communication Consultant from June 2007 to January 2009. Additionally, Jenni has experience as a Communication Consultant at Watson Wyatt from 2000 to 2003 and as an Internal Communication professional at EDS from 1997 to 1999.

Jenni Aldred obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Stephen F. Austin State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
