Utkarsh Bandekar is an experienced IT professional with a comprehensive background in project leadership and software development. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at OPTEL Group since August 2021, Utkarsh is responsible for product management, sprint outcomes, requirement analysis, and architectural design while also overseeing people and technical management. Previous roles include Project Lead and Senior Team Lead at Persistent Systems, where Utkarsh focused on requirement analysis, development, and team support, and Team Lead positions at Creative Capsule and IMMO Info Tech Pvt Ltd. Utkarsh began the career as a Software Engineer at Shay Software Ventures after completing an M.Sc in Information Technology from Smt.
