Jeff Charneski

Jeff Charneski, CEM, is a seasoned professional in energy solutions and program development with extensive experience in public sector partnerships. Currently serving as Senior Program Development Manager at OPTERRA Energy Services since August 2025, Jeff focuses on delivering tailored energy solutions to foster resilient communities. Prior to this role, Jeff held significant positions, including Senior Account Executive at Ameresco, where efforts were directed toward energy efficiency and sustainability solutions in Southern California, and similar roles at ABM Industries, Sodexo, NORESCO, Johnson Controls, and Xerox. Jeff holds an MBA from the Manning School of Business at UMass Lowell and a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from SUNY Brockport.
