Bill Bancroft

Bill Bancroft is the CEO at Opti9. Bill has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Bill previously worked as the SVP, Global Services at NCR Corporation from January 2016 to January 2021. In this role, they provided operational leadership for NCR’s services regions across the United States, Canada, Caribbean & Latin America, Europe, Middle East/Africa and Asia Pacific. Prior to that, they were the SVP, Chief Operating Officer at CompuCom from November 2013 to December 2015. In this role, they were responsible for providing operational leadership and innovation for the company’s services organization. Bill also oversaw growth strategies and ensured high levels of client satisfaction. Before that, they worked as the VP & GM Global IT Outsourcing Delivery at Unisys from July 2007 to October 2013.

Bill Bancroft completed their undergraduate degree in mathematics at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Bill then attended Colgate University for their graduate studies before earning their MBA from The Wharton School.
