Enrique Fernandez-Pino is a business executive who specializes in information technology and digital transformation. Enrique is currently an advisory board member at Optibus.

Fernandez-Pino began their career working in IT for large corporations. In July 2021, they were hired by Chubb Fire & Security Group as their global CIO. Their four key objectives were to create value for Chubb’s owner, increase the level of maturity in the IT and Digital operation worldwide, design temporary Transition Service Agreements (TSAs), and design and plan a future digital roadmap and operating models for post-carveout.

In June 2021, Chubb was sold to the API Group and Blackstone for $3.1 billion. As part of the sale, Fernandez-Pino was responsible for the development of an ambitious, yet realistic, transformation programme for IT, which included the restructuring of teams in several countries.

After successfully completing the sale of Chubb, Fernandez-Pino transitioned to their current role as an advisory board member at Optibus. In this role, they provide guidance and advice on how to optimize bus transportation systems.

Enrique Fernandez-Pino has a First Honours Degree in Business Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas, and is also a certified accountant in Spain and the UK. Enrique has experience in audit and control of systems development from their time at the Institute of Internal Auditors UK, and also has a black belt in Lean Six Sigma from George Group (Accenture). In addition, they are a certified Programme Management professional from The George Washington University School of Business, and is also accredited as a Non Executive Director by the Non-Executive Directors Association / London Stock Exchange.
