Abhirupa Saha

Abhirupa Saha has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and fields. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Trainee at BSNL Telecom Factory and later as a Trainee at Air India. In 2016, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant System Engineer. Abhirupa then pursued their education and worked as a Project Assistant at Calcutta University, Kolkata, and later at IIT Indore. In 2020, Abhirupa became a Graduate Student at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and in 2021, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Optica, starting in 2023.

Abhirupa Saha received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata in 2015. Abhirupa then pursued a Master of Engineering in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Jadavpur University, completing it in 2020. Abhirupa also has certifications and training in various fields, such as IEEE Internal (PDH), Microwave Near-Field Imaging in Real Time, and Overcoming Your Fear of Public Speaking. Abhirupa is an Associated Professional Member (APM) of the IEEE since December 2017.
