Kristen Meister has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Kristen started their career as the Director of Practice Development at Laser Vision Center from 1999 to 2002. Kristen then became the Director of Marketing at Chesapeake Eye Care & Laser Center from 2002 to 2004. Kristen joined OptiCall Inc. in 2004 as the Director of Client Relations, where they worked for an undisclosed period. Their next role was as a Business Development Manager at EyeCanHear from 2010 to 2013.

Kristen Meister obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, graduating in 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Leadership at the same university, completing their studies in 1997.
