Joséphine Soulard has a diverse work experience starting from 2018. Joséphine worked as a Multi-purpose assistant at SAS SAVIC where their responsibilities included HR management, accounting support, and invoice verification. In 2020, they worked as a Cashier at E.Leclerc until 2022. From 2022 to 2023, Joséphine held multiple roles at different companies. Joséphine was the Co-president and Head of High School Interventions at SexprimonsNous, organizing workshops on feminism, consent, and sexual education. Joséphine was also In Charge of Partnerships at CORACIEP - Artefact, managing partnerships and fundraising activities. Joséphine then worked as a Research and Content Specialist at the Gender Institute in Geopolitics and later joined Opticom Group as a Research Consultant, conducting qualitative research for international clients.

Joséphine Soulard completed their secondary education at Lycée Jean De Lattre De Tassigny - La Roche sur Yon from 2017 to 2020, earning their Baccalauréat général in the field of ES. After that, they pursued further studies at Sciences Po Bordeaux from 2020 to 2025, where they obtained a Licence and Master degree in Sciences politiques et gouvernement. In 2021, Joséphine also attended Södertörn University for a year, focusing on Political sciences and government.

Additionally, Joséphine obtained several certifications. In 2020, they obtained their driving license (Permis de conduire - B) from the Agence Nationale des Titres Sécurisés - ANTS. Furthermore, they successfully completed the English Language Assessment - C1 from the Agence Erasmus+ France / Education & Formation in June 2022. Lastly, Joséphine achieved an IELTS score of 8.0 in January 2021, certified by the British Council.
