Mattias Johansson

Mattias Johansson has extensive work experience in various industries. In 2014, they began their career at PostNord Sverige, where they held various positions until 2016. Mattias then worked as a warehouse worker at IKEA Group in 2017. From 2018 to early 2019, they worked as an Administrator at TNT, where they handled administrative tasks related to import and export. In 2019, they gained experience as a Consultant at HandelsConsulting, where they focused on sales and project work, including managing a market research project. In the same year, they also worked as a Business Development Intern at EDRMedeso Simulation, where they contributed to an innovation project and developed skills in data analysis and project teamwork. In 2020, they worked as a Production Coordinator at Transtema. Lastly, they joined Opticos in 2021, initially as a Management Consultant and then promoted to Senior Management Consultant in 2023.

Mattias Johansson completed their education in a chronological order, starting with their high school education at Marks Gymnasieskola from 2011 to 2014, where they studied Ekonomi. Mattias then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Jönköping International Business School from 2015 to 2018, majoring in Business Administration. In 2019, they attended an exchange program at Luiss Guido Carli University, studying Business Management. Finally, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Innovation and Industrial Management from the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
