Daria Skibinska

Daria Skibinska is a Senior Change Management Consultant at FSP and has held the position since November 2025. Daria also serves as a Student Mentor at the University of Southampton and is involved with the Change Management Institute UK in collaborations and partnerships. Additionally, Daria is a Mentor at the Change Management Institute and has been a Director at DEE LITE LTD since January 2015. Previous roles include Digital Business Change Manager at QinetiQ and Program Manager/Business Change Manager at Wiggle. Daria has a strong commitment to mentoring, notably encouraging young women in STEM and IT through various initiatives. Academically, Daria possesses multiple degrees from the University of Lodz and The Open University, focusing on linguistics, education, and information technology.
