Alex Ellis

Alex Ellis currently serves as the Director of Onboarding & Implementation at Optii since October 2025. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Actabl from June 2022 to November 2025, where Alex held positions such as Director of Professional Services and Operations Manager. Previous to Actabl, Alex worked at ALICE - Hospitality Operations Platform from April 2018 to February 2023, progressing from Customer Success Specialist to Operations Manager. Additional experience includes roles at Garden of the Gods Resort and Club and Club Med, as well as early career positions at the University of Northern Colorado and Walt Disney World. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Tourism, and Hospitality from the University of Northern Colorado, completed in 2014.
