Rosa Arnone

VP Customer Success & Support at Optii

Rosa Arnone has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success, partnerships, and marketing. Rosa started their career as a Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Art and Vintage on Main, where they managed art exhibitions and handled online advertising and PR. After that, they worked as a Program and Partnership Coordinator at Tolt Solutions, where they created and deployed joint marketing solutions for vendor partners during a rebranding process. Rosa then transitioned into the role of a Customer Success Manager at Emerge and later at Kaleo Software, where they focused on driving user adoption and maintaining client relationships. At Bridg, a marketing technology platform, they served as a Customer Success Manager, working closely with large chains and franchise owners to drive product adoption and customer retention.

Rosa's experience in customer success continued at Cint, where they held the positions of Director of Customer Success, Americas, and Director of Partner Success, Americas. Rosa then joined Branded Research, Inc. as the Vice President of Customer Success, where they optimized programmatic partnership integrations, drove revenue through API strategy, and achieved zero churn.

Their career then took their to Selfbook, where they held various VP-level roles, including VP of Partnerships, VP of Customer Success, and Head of Platform Partnerships. In these roles, they focused on building and maintaining customer relationships, driving partnerships, and optimizing the platform's performance.

Most recently, Rosa joined Realm as a Consultant and is currently working at Optii as the VP of Customer Success & Support.

Rosa Arnone completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication and Journalism at Lynn University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009. Rosa then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Communication and Media Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, studying there from 2010 to 2017.
