Anthony Visconti

Anthony Visconti has over five years of experience as a Principal Optical Engineer. Anthony has worked at Optikos Corporation since 2020, where they currently hold the role. Prior to that, they worked at IDEX Health & Science, LLC - Melles Griot from 2015 to 2020. In this position, they were responsible for lens design, optical system engineering, component and system-level tolerancing, advanced optical assembly, system integration, image quality testing, and interferometry. Anthony also acted as the lead customer interface during product development. Additionally, they served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Optics at the University of Rochester from 2017 to 2018.

Anthony Visconti began their education at the University of Rochester in 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Optics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics. Anthony completed these degrees in 2009. While studying for their undergraduate degrees, Anthony also began their Master of Science degree in Optics at the University of Rochester. Anthony completed their Master's degree in 2013. Additionally, Anthony obtained their Doctor of Philosophy degree in Optics from the University of Rochester, which they completed in 2015.
